[He's sitting on the couch, pillow wrapped in his arms, and staring at the television. It's porn. Because of course, it is. That's all this place really shows them on TV.] Heya, Albus...

[Wade looks awful, skin clammy and off-color, eyes sunken in, and the power collar prominent on his ankle.]

Hello, Wade.

[His voice is calm enough, though he does quickly take in just how bad Wade looks. It's a far cry from how delighted and energetic he'd been in their first meeting.

Stepping closer, he says:]

Before I get started, I should ask you a few things, if that's all right. For starters, where is your tumor -- or tumors -- located?

And is there anything supernatural or unusual about them?

They're all over. They metastasized. Liver, lungs, prostate, and brain... probably other places by now.

[He shakes his head.] Nothing supernatural, it's just garden variety late-stage cancer. I had it before I got my healing.

All right. That is good to know.

[He crouches next to where Wade is sitting, reaching into his coat pocket and retrieving a small vial.] Here, before I get started with any spells -- this is a potion to assist with pain. It won't fix anything on its own, but might make things a tad easier.

Thanks. [He reaches for it, taking it in a somewhat shaky hand and then swallows it.] Damn, I'm really lucky I got CR with you, huh? Maybe I should get into threesomes with all the wizards in town. Then I'll be golden.

But, you, I already know you're the best one. Even if that latest movie was... [He pulls a face.] Eh, well, a paycheck is a paycheck, amirite? [Wade mutters something under his breath that sounds suspiciously like 'stupid fucking undead deers' and something about 'Green CGI suits', but it's a little hard to make out entirely.]

[He's not entirely sure what Wade is saying, but at the moment, he's kind of willing to write it off as being a side effect of pain from being ill. Or even if it's not, well, it's not the most important thing for the moment. ~~Undead deers? Oh my.~~

With a smile:] That's kind of you. Though you can think of it as a favor in turn for a good time last we met. Here --

[Albus pulls out his wand from his sleeve, which starts glowing slightly. The spell starts winding out of it immediately, flowing towards Wade's skin, starting near his neck.]

I'll need to work the spell through you for a bit. It shouldn't hurt or affect anything else, just heal you. But please let me know if you feel any discomfort.

I was pretty good, wasn't I? [Wade mock preens looking up at him as Albus gets to work. Eyes follow the path of the wand, trying his best not to be nervous.]

Wish I'd met you to help cure this before I agreed to be horribly experimented on. Would have saved me a lot of trouble...
